Xander Hoiting

As a fourth-year International Business student at Hogeschool Utrecht, I have a strong interest in leveraging technology to improve business efficiency and drive innovation. My academic background has provided me with a solid foundation in business strategy, while my self-taught experience with AI and automation reflects my ability to adapt, learn independently, and apply practical solutions to complex challenges.

Through various projects and internships, I have gained experience in process optimization, AI applications, and digital transformation. My approach is both analytical and solution-oriented, always focused on identifying opportunities to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Currently, I am doing an internship at Koninklijke BAM, where I am conducting a feasibility study into merging different offices. This internship started on April 1st and will end at the end of July.

I am always exploring new ways to improve efficiency, whether through data-driven insights, automation, or strategic decision-making. My goal is to bridge the gap between business challenges and innovative solutions, continuously refining my skills and knowledge to create measurable impact.
